Side and end Walls: Exterior wall shall be made up of 18 G M.S.Corrugated Sheet. CORNER POST : · 10*08 To 20*12=60*60mmSquare pipe with 2.5mm thickness · 30*10 To 40*12=75*75mmSquare pipe with 2.5mm thickness Flooring Systems: On the bottom frame 18 mm thick plywood bison panel/E board shall be fixed by means of self taping screw. PVC vinyl flooring shall be fixed on the panel. Roof: Roof shell is made up of 18 G M.S. Plain Sheet. Paint: Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer & synthetic Epoxy and Berger Paint for final 2 coats. (Corrosion free) Insulation: 50 mm thick Glass Wool insulation to be provided for roof and 25mm thick Glass Wool insulation shall be used for walls. Inner Paneling: The paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 8mm thick pre laminated MDF board. Main Entry Door: Mettalic external opening type door with door closer unit. Aluminum Windows: Powder coated windows size 3x3 Electrical system: Concealed wiring with ISI mark and concealed and PVC conduct insulated copper wire with MCB protection.
